Nova is underpinned by the trauma informed approach with small ratios and well trained and motivated staff. This gives learners a key adult experience needed to allow young people to heal and grow.
Colleagues are experienced with various forms of neurodiversity found in learning and provide everyone with the opportunity to shine and to fulfil their potential.
Our belief is that the right environment enables everyone to work towards their personal academic goals as well as develop the skills needed for a successful life.
Nova supports young people to connect and engage with the next phase, such as school reintegration or transition to further education or work.
